I am pleased that you have entrusted me with any beauty service that you are either thinking of trying, or have made the plunge, and scheduled your appointment. In order to successfully book your appointment, you will be asked to store a card on file.

I understand life can be unpredictable and if you are running a few minutes behind I do have a 15 minute grace period. However, any time after 15 minutes I do ask that you call to possibly reschedule your appointment to a later date as our late start may conflict with any later appointments.

If you should choose to cancel your appointment all together I do ask for a 48 hour notice. No calls, no shows, and late notices will be assessed a $25.00 charged to the card on file at the time of making the appointment.
